As you progress through your project’s development, TrackStage gives you a place to stash notes and files for easy reference.
FILES & DOCUMENTS
Whether it’s artwork, images for inspiration, lyric sheets in progress, even voice memos, you can store them with your project, so they are always on-hand and easy to access at a moment’s notice.- doc/docx

Uploading Files
- Click on the Files tab in your Project Window.
- Add a note or description to the file you are going to upload.
This must be done BEFORE you upload the file.
- Click the Browse button and select your File.
A dialog box opens. - Leave a note for your Collaborators (optional)
If you have collaborators, you can give them a heads up that you’ve attached this document to the Project.
The file is uploaded and attached to your Project.
Viewing Attached Files
- Click on the view icon next to the file.
Depending on your browser and the type of file you’ve uploaded, the file will either download to your Downloads folder or will open in a browser window.
Removing Attached Files
- Click on the trash can icon next to the file.
- Click Save.
The Project Window will close, and the attached file will be removed. The next time you open the Project Window, you will see the file is no longer attached.
NOTES
There are two different options for creating notes in your Project: Overall Project Notes and Stage-Specific Notes.
Overall Project Notes
Notes entered in this field will be visible no matter what stage the Project is in.Stage-Specific Notes
These notes apply only to the current stage the Project is in. They will only be visible when the Project is in the stage in which the notes were added. This can be useful for production or mix notes that don’t apply to your current stage, but that you might want to review later.
