DASHBOARD Widgets
TrackStage's DASHBOARD widgets are customizable, graphical, bite-sized tidbits of information that can give you strong insight into the state of your sync music business.
Button Widgets
Button Widgets are small panels that each focus on a single metric.Tracks in CATALOG

Tracks in CATALOG The total number of tracks in the CATALOG module, including all stems and primaries. The total of Primaries is also shown. See Marking Tracks. |

Projects in CREATIVE The total number of active projects currently in the CREATIVE module. This total does NOT include concepts or projects that have been archived. See CREATIVE Projects. |
|
Concepts in CREATIVE The number of projects that have been started in the CREATIVE module but have not been put into development. These would be snippets, ideas, chord progressions or beats, etc. that you have not begun to build into compositions. See CREATIVE Projects. |

New Tracks YTD These are the number of projects that have completed development and have been moved into the RELEASE stage of the CREATIVE module within the current calendar year. See CREATIVE Projects. |

Open Opportunities These are opportunities (briefs or targeted pitches that have been added to the OPPORTUNITIES Tab in the TARGETS module) that are currently available to pitch to TARGETS. See The Opportunities Tab. |

Pitches Submitted YTD This is the total number of pitches that have been marked as Submitted, Follow-Up Complete, and Licensed, in the PITCHES module within the current calendar year, as well as Closed PITCHES that did not result in a placement. See Creating Pitches. |

Pending Pitches The total number of PITCHES that have been submitted but have not yet been marked as Licensed or Closed. This will also include pitches with a status of Follow Up Complete. See The PITCHES Interface. |

Unsubmitted Pitches These are PITCHES that you have created but have not marked as submitted. They may be Pitches to be uploaded to a TARGET’s website or DISCO Playlist, or they may be Share Link Pitches. See Creating Pitches. |

Licensed Tracks The total number of sync placements you have achieved in the current calendar year. These placements include sync licenses that have resulted from your own PITCHES, or that have come from a Library, Sync Agent, or Publisher TARGET. See Adding Licenses. |

Artist Pages These are Quick Links to the URLs you set up in your User Profile for your various Artist and Social Media accounts to make it easy for you to jump there directly from TrackStage. See Setting up Your User Profile. |

Most Pitched Track The track in your catalog that you have submitted to the most opportunities will display here. |
|
Most Downloaded Track TARGETS are more likely to download tracks that they are particularly interested in. This button lets you view which track is getting the most traction with your TARGETS – and which may be the most likely to get licensed. |
Graph Widgets
Graph widgets provide a visual interpretation of multiple metrics to help you assess your catalog and chart your progress.Creative Project Status
This graph displays how many projects are currently in each stage of active development in the CREATIVE module. The stages are shown on the left and the numbers to the right of each bar identify how many projects are in the respective stage. See Creative Projects.
Catalog Composition by Genre
This graph displays how your CATALOG tracks break down by genre. The top ten genres in your catalog will display individually and the remaining genres will fall under the “Other” category. The total number of tracks with each genre will display numerically within each pie ‘slice’ and you can view them in greater detail by hovering over the respective areas.
Project Progress by Month
This stacked bar shows the number of projects that were started in the CREATIVE module each month over the number of projects completed in the month. This helps you assess how many tracks you are bringing to completion over time. Hovering over each column will show numerical values.
Pitches & Licenses by Month
This side-by-side graph displays how many pitches that have been submitted each month next to the number of placements landed. Hovering over each column will show numerical values.
Catalog Overview
This shows the breakdown of your Catalog by type: Primaries, Alternates & Stems. It also shows Unassigned tracks that have not yet been categorized. Hovering over each column will show numerical values.
Licenses by Target Type
You can see where your placements are coming from using this graph. The total number of licenses you’ve secured is separated according to the type of TARGET that produced each opportunity. Hovering over each slice of the pie will show numerical values.
Gauge Widgets
TrackStage offers four gauges to give you a quick view to how well you are progressing towards goals and opportunities.

Pitches to Opportunities A gauge showing the number of Pitches that have been Submitted compared to the total number of Opportunities that have been created within the current calendar year. See Targets, Opportunities & Pitches. |

Pitches YTD to Goal You can set a goal for the number of pitches you would like to make each year and this gauge will display your progress toward that goal. The number of SUBMITTED pitches will show here. |

Projects Completed The total number of projects that you have moved to the RELEASE stage or have ARCHIVED over the total number of Projects within all stages of the CREATIVE module. |

Tracks YTD to Goal You can set a goal for the number of projects you would like to complete and add to your CATALOG each year and this gauge will display your progress toward that goal. This will show the number of projects completed within the current calendar year. |
Setting Gauge Goals
You can update your goals for the gauges anytime with a click of a button.- Click the Set Tracks Goal or Set Pitch Goal button.
A dialog window opens.
- Enter the number of tracks or pitches you are aiming to complete and click Ok.
The gauge updates to show the new goal.
Activity Panels
You can view your latest notifications and deadlines with two individual activity panels. You can sort the panel by any column by clicking in the header, you can hover over items in the panel tables to view details and you can click on the
to jump directly to the item in its module.The Notifications Panel
The Notifications Panel displays the latest activity on pitches, emails, collaborators, and even upcoming CONTACT birthdays.
To view info on a Notification, hover over it in the panel.

Notification Icons
There are several different icons in use in the Notifications table that identify the type of alert.

Collaborator Action This lets you know that a collaborator has created, completed, assigned, or edited a task on the CREATIVE Project you are working on together. |

Collaborator Comment When a collaborator leaves a comment on a CREATIVE Project, it shows up here as well as on the Project Card in the CREATIVE module. |

Email When you send or receive emails through TrackStage’s messaging system, they will appear here. You can hover over them to see details on who sent it to whom, when it was sent, and the Subject line. If a Playlist was submitted through the email, hovering will also show if and when the link was clicked on or a track played. Clicking on the icon takes you to the CONTACTS module and opens the message for you to review the message and status in-depth.

PITCH Updates When you submit a PITCH through TrackStage’s PITCHES module by Email or Playlist Share Link, you will be notified here when the email is opened and when a track has been played. |
The Deadlines Panel
The Deadlines Panel helps keep you on top of your priorities by listing all project, task, pitch, and follow-up deadlines that are overdue or pending within the next ?? days. The panel is sortable by any column by clicking in the header.
Deadline Icons
Icons identify the type of deadline listed.

PITCH Deadline The date and time the pitch must be submitted by. |

Follow Up The date you have set to follow up with a TARGET about your PITCH. |
|
Project Deadline The date you have set to complete a project in development in the CREATIVE module. |

Task Deadline The date you have set to complete a task within a project currently in development in the CREATIVE module |

CONTACT Birthday If you have entered a birthday for a CONTACT or TARGET in the CONTACTS module, it will appear here. |
